These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the mineph platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the mineph website.
Access to the mineph platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Underage use is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active mineph account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mineph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mineph makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating a mineph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active mineph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. mineph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from the mineph platform or from any other gaming platform under a PAGCOR-regulated self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mineph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mineph will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify mineph of unauthorized access.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). mineph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. mineph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your mineph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mineph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. mineph reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
4.5 No Cryptocurrency. mineph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any form of cryptocurrency, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be declined.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by mineph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mineph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, mineph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. mineph's decision in such matters is final. No claim shall arise from a malfunction that results in an erroneously displayed win.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. mineph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud or manipulation. Winnings derived from wagers placed in breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, mineph's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game can be resumed, it will be restored to its last confirmed state. Where resumption is not possible, the wager may be settled based on the last confirmed game state or voided at mineph's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mineph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. mineph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. 10.1 Platform Availability. mineph strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. mineph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mineph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where mineph is found liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your mineph account at the time the claim arose.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The mineph platform integrates third-party game providers and payment processors. mineph is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or technical failures of third-party service providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by mineph. mineph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by mineph for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.
13.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue to apply after the closure of your mineph account.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and mineph, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. mineph will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits mineph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
14.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
